Hey everyone, I’m looking for one or more awesome people to help co-lead the Grand Tourneys club! We’ve got 155 members with 100% activity, but lately we’ve started losing a few — and I’d love to turn that around and keep the club growing strong. This club has grown completely organically — I’ve only ever sent out two invites. Everything else has come from community energy and word-of-mouth, which makes it all the more special. 💬✨ We recently lost our Super Admin 😢, and while they were fantastic, time zones made it tough to coordinate. I’m hoping to find someone active, social, and excited to help shape what’s next. We run weekly themed tournaments — creative, pun-filled, and community-driven — like Frosty Tactics, Cinco de Mate, Fool’s Gambit, and many more. It’s a fun space for players who enjoy chess with personality. ♟️🎭 I could really use help with: Welcoming new members Gathering feedback & keeping the energy up Managing member lists & growing the roster Creating and coordinating club vs. club matches Being present in club chat/forums Reaching out to other clubs for cross-collabs (Bonus) If you know JavaScript or Python, that’s a big plus — I’m building tools to automate and streamline everything 🛠️ A little about me: I’m a developer with a system that launches 15 themed public tournaments per week. I love building things behind the scenes — but I’m not great with time management, and honestly, I struggle with the social side of running a club 😅. I often forget to post or check in — so I really need partners who can help carry the community side of things and bring ideas to life. Most important is to communicate and interface with me. We will set the club direction together. I'm curious if any other admins have recently encountered a problem posting an Announcement in their club. We've found that when you hit Publish, it sends the message to club members, but the Announcement itself doesn't post in the club Announcements. I then tried posting a new Announcement after clicking Post Only, and likewise it didn't post.

Guys I have a club with nearly three hundred members and if I promote three people who want to join to SA provided they have met the following requirements: 1. They are not the SA of another club 2. They have ideas to run the club  3. They are active  It's open to anyone with those requirements. 

I am looking for coordinators in my club with 1000+ members  that can host live tournaments daily everyday

I think all of the national teams ( or at least those that play in the WL) should have the green verification badge and players should be suggested to join their national team.

Hey there, I'm Haggis, and I'm currently the co-owner of a large club with 230+ members. The club in question is currently inactive, so I am looking for worthy members of staff to bring the club back to life. Admin places available: 2x Notes and Forum Moderators. Requirements: Must have experience in moderating notes and forums. Must be trustworthy, kind and friendly. Must also be active in notes themselves. Must always report to me or one of the other Super Admins if there is an issue. 1x Inviter Requirements: Must know how to invite successfully, and invite regularly, preferably every day. Must be active as a club member too (e.g. in notes and forums). Must report to me or one of the other Super Admins if there is an issue. Coordinator place available:  1x Event Creator Requirements: Must create at least 2 Team Matches (Daily matches or Vote Chess Matches) a fortnight. Must be reasonable (e.g. Don't create loads of events that we will lose because there's not enough people joining. Must be an active club member too (e.g. in notes and forums).
