Hi. This is for the server but some other things too. Anyone know any good 24/7 FREE minecraft hosts? I tried minecrafthosting.biz but can't seem to complete surveys, freeminecrafthost.com is down and freeminecrafthosting.org is a virus/scam, gratisserver.nu is not good for the job and instantmc is not 24/7. So please, help the group out!

In celebration of our 200 member mark, I shall tell you the tale of the 'velcum' incident. This was a VERY long time ago, so I may mess up some points. This was on a factions/raid server me and my friend played on. It always had a lot of people on. We had become very good at making specialized cannons to blow up different kinds of bases. So one day, my friend wanted to show me a new cannon prototype he built. It was a glorious mortar shotgun cannon with an extremely long range. We decided to test it a bunch of times and see how far it went. We did our regular procedure: fire it about 10 times and check out where they land. We were not far from spawn so if we were killed, we wouldn't have to walk far. After the firings, we began to see panicked chat messages about "TNT falling out of the sky" and wrecking the whole spawn. Turns out 50 pieces of TNT from our ten firings had fallen inside/barely outside spawn. Coincidentally and simultaneously, there was a group of new people who were griefers on at the same time wreaking havoc. They said 'velcum to hell' to everyone who joined. They were intentionally TNTing spawn to ruin the server. They were using nuke hacks on spawn. The admins were panicking to try and find the griefers. One admin finally snapped and teleported EVERYONE to a spwn and started to kill all the players while screaming VELCUM TO HELL? I'LL MAKE ALL OF YOUR LIVES HELL! HE started spawning every single hostile mob in the game, and there were a dozen enderdragons and about thirty withers in spawn killing people. He detonated TNT everywhere and pretty much destroyed the server. The owner logged on after the worst was over and banned the insane operator. He said the server would have to close, and it did twenty minutes later. velcum is the word that my friend and I used to refer to the incident which we were partly responsible for from that point on.

Whenever i start my minecraft, it keeps downloading when i click play when its even dine downloading. My version is 1.7.10

zarzar555 has kindly created us a server. However, some of us will not be able to go on that server for some time. What is the server like? is it PvP, factons, vanilla, survival? What does it have on it(like bars, spleef court, mob arena)? Pictures?

I was building this really cool obstacle course, with like 17 stages or something. But then suddenly it started snowing and messed up everything! THe whole map is covered now, and i have to keep spamming /weather clear 1000000. Also, it looks ugly now and the water in the course froze into ice. Is there any way I can change it back, so that the snow melts and the ice doesnt regenerate? Thanks!

I changed my skin to a Leonidas(300) skin my friend sent me, and to celebrate, I went on a short "Leonidas Spree"! Which is basically me in mc running around in a Leonidas skin and recklessly killing every monster with an enchanted iron sword. SCREENSHOTS BELOW
