What happens when two players resign at the same exact time?

It's not really possible. If you mean here, one of them is going to hit the server first and get processed, so the game is over by the time the other is processed.

Both players instantly win according to the following.
5.1.2 | The game is won by the player whose opponent declares he resigns. This immediately ends the game. |

So much for "Nobody has won a game by resigning."
They both deserve zeroes on the crosstable.
I remember in the chess tournament i was playing, one of my friends was completely lost, so he said, I resign, then his opponent responded "I also resign" like after that, and my friend got the point.

Alright guys I tried it on chess.com with one of my friends. Martin_Stahl is correct. One of them is going to hit the server first and get processed. So the game is over by the time the other is processed and the one who hits the server first loses.

If both offer a draw, do they get a full point?
That's just a draw. Not sure if the system will see the second draw offer processed as an acceptance of the first or not
It does take it as a draw if both offer, but my friend won a game by resigning. He ended up getting 5/10, same as I did. We both played really badly that tournament.

Resignation ends the game. So whoever resigns first shold lose. There is no "at the same time" in practical terms.

I think if they hit 'resign' at the same time (in zeptosecond), server will randomly choose one player that hit 'resign'.
