You musT clarify ThaT in The firsT posT. There is absoluTely no reason for anybody To Think iT also exTends To quoTes. You can'T jusT assume everybody auTomaTically knows all The rules. I recommend you bring everyone ThaT goT ouT ThaT way back inTo The game.
