What a load of crybabies ! 🙀........for goodness sake man up !

Most insensitive post I've ever seen on here...

He’s kinda right... Get over it already. Nothing’s going to change by you repeatedly posting the “crying emoji”. He’s gone now. Nothing you can do about that. This is getting pretty stale.

Yeah, but when 20+ people have posted about how sad they are that someone left, you should never say "what a load of crybabies, get over it already". That'd be like if your mom died and a bunch of people were crying and then someone comes and says "You are such crybabies, get over it already, crying won't bring her back!" Come on now...people can be sad and miss someone.

Yeah, it wasn’t the nicest thing to say. But in retrospect, Dimitar isn’t on the same level as my mom, and he didn’t die

True..but it's the same concept happy.png You shouldn't tell someone who is sad to stop being a crybaby.

You realize, he closed his account some days ago?

Goodbye, Dimitar. Please let me know your next account when you make it.

can't, will keep that a secret. I still need this place to play blitz...

Sry, just couldn't resist

I'm sad about him leaving though, he was great for the time he was here

So, you just like to give good advice to random people? Nice hobby.

Maybe that's subjective? maybe its a faulty analogy fallacy?

You can’t compare someone who’s leaving a chess site, with someone who’s lost a dear one , so obviously in the latter case it would be quite wrong to say “ what a load of cry babies “

It's not that the two people are of the same importance, it's that when someone is sad about something, you should never say "what a bunch of crybabies". That is incredibly insensitive.

When I lost my mother that was terrible a complete disaster...when I loose this chess site there will be other chess sites or I will give up on chess ..the comparison was silly.

True...but you get what I was saying...don't call people crybabies when they are sad about something.

How on Earth can you be over the top about such a thing , people are leaving this site on a daily basis., so why the drama ! 🤷‍♂️

Not everyone is as kind and respected as scaryninja. He was a good friend of many people...it's natural to be sad when a friend leaves the site.

Avatar of Gerberk8

Yeah. But if people still miss him or are still sad about him leaving, they shouldn't be judged.

No offense, but I don't have to show that I miss someone by wailing repeatedly... I accepted the news and moved on, there's bigger things to cry about in life.
