Today I ran 5,3 km in 33 minutes and had a great walk in the forest with my daughter and her friend.

In the morning I played a quick game before we went to the forest:

I watched a Masterclass today about success: Denis Waitley: The new psychology of winning

You can watch it also at https://www.mindvalley.com/psychology-of-winning/masterclass/invite?PSubscriptionID=&OrderID=&msk=&layout=plain

My key takeaways:

1. Discover your talents, remember you did you like to do between age 7 and 17

2. Honesty, Self-trust

3. Only people with core values can afford to be modest

4. Give more in service than you receive in payment

5. Personal responsibility for taking action

6. There was never a winner, who never wasn't a beginner

7.1 Change the changeable

7.2 Accept the unchangeable

7.3 Remove yourself from the unacceptable

8. Live by desire instead of fear
