Sicilian Najdorf with Bg5 | round 6 of Vezerkepzo June IM | Juhasz-Turzo

In round 6 of the Vezerkepzo international tournament I played with the young talented Hungarian FIDE-Master Agoston Juhasz, who has 2 International Master brothers. Strong chess family!

He played the Bg5 variation in the Sicilian najdorf. I decided to play a solid line. I missed to exchange his c3 knight and that allowed him to increase the pressure. Instead of a good defensive move I missed a nice queen sacrifice which won him 2 pawns and he played well the endgame to win the game.
