Hello Dear Chess Lovers,

It took some time after publishing my first post on chess.com. So it would be nice to be more productive for the past couple of months but I could not deal with it. But I believe that I have made some improvements on my understanding of chess during those months. Therefore I will be able to approach to my blog as a more experienced and passionate guy.

At the beginning of my new blog series, I would like to introduce my Blog Content. It will be like this:

BLOG CONTENT

  • DAILY TRAINING LOG (Based on Statistical Approach and Training Goals)
  • BOOK STUDY (Including Lessons Learned from the Content)
  • ENDGAME CORNER (Theme and Study Based)
  • MASTERS' GAMES ANALYSIS
  • OWN GAME ANALYSIS (OTB&ONLINE LONG TIME CONTROL GAMES)

To start the series I am giving my statistics form today's Tactics Session:

  • STUDY TIME: 1 hour (half an hour form chess.com Tactics Trainer-half an hour from my Tactics Book)
  • NUMBER OF PUZZLES SOLVED: 20 (15/20) on Tactics Trainer and 8 (7/8) on the Book
  • THEMES OF TRICKY PUZZLES TODAY: ELIMINATING THE DEFENDER, USING THE ABSOLUTE PIN TO GIVE A FORK, DECOY/DEFLECTION COMBINED WITH A DISCOVERY, ATTACKING THE CASTLED KING, ENDGAME PROMOTION TACTIC
  • TACTICS RATING CHANGE: 1801=>1855

 That's all for today's tactics time guys. Hope to increase my numbers day by day.

Cheers,

Cagdas
