Daily Training Log #2
Hello Dear Chess Lovers,
I hope everything is going well for your chess and life. Yesterday I started a new blog series. For previous months I had spent so much time studying all the areas of chess but unfortunately I neglected my blog. Therefore I have changed my mind and decided to share my studies in my blog posts as much as I can.
Here is my tactic results today:
- STUDY TIME: 80 minutes (35 minutes chess.com Tactics Trainer-45 minutes from my Tactics Book)
- NUMBER OF PUZZLES SOLVED: 20 (13/20) on Tactics Trainer and 8 (7/8) on the Book (Test Your Chess IQ Book 1 by August Livshitz)
- TACTICS RATING CHANGE: 1855=>1906
I failed in 7 puzzles on Tactics Trainer today. Let's analyse some of them...
#1 Theme: Attacking the Castled King&Exchange Sacrifice
#2 The second puzzle shows a beautiful coordination between Queen and Knight. The theme is Attacking the Castled King
#3 Theme: Trapped Piece
I hope you enjoy this tricky puzzles. It seems much easier after solving them again but it requires adequate interest while encountering them for the first time.
