The 2025 EWC Playoffs take place July 29 to August 1, featuring a $1,550,000 prize fund.

Top 12 CCT players are joined by 4 LCQ qualified players.

GMs Anish Giri, Levon Aronian, Nihal Sarin, and Javokhir Sindarov have taken the final four spots in the $1.5 million main chess event of the 2025 Esports World Cup.
The main event begins Tuesday, July 29, starting at 8 a.m. ET / 14:00 CEST / 5:30 p.m. IST.
The first two days feature a Group Stage, followed by two days of Playoffs.
