Not true on both counts
Discussing cheating doesn't hurt the company, and if you ever pay attention to any of the locks the mods always post a link to the official cheating discussing club:

So many false accusations from people who are just sore losers and don’t know how to even identify actual cheating

Chess.com rules say that no player can accuse another player of cheating. Remove the name, and moderators lock this forum. If you would like to discuss someone who could be cheating (but not mentioning the name), join the "Cheating Forum" club and post a forum saying why they are a cheater. If they are not cheating, then your accusations are false. However, if you do not want to join, you can report them by pressing 'More' and then 'Report'.

he closed his account because he was likely a cheater aswell. both him and [removed -- MS] had 99%+ accuracy in their game
