Hello.

I would recommend to create a subforum "Chess Variant games" - next to "Chess960 and Other Variants" - where variant games, such as this example,  can be played.

What we observe now is that other topics get swamped to the bottom and missed.

Thanks!

For now what we could do is play variant games in topics here:

You could join this club: https://www.chess.com/club/slow-variants

We have a club. evert gave a link. But we want to make sure anyone can play these variants that we like. Such as Musketeer chess, bulldog chess with spirit or witch, classic bulldog, chess on an infinite plane. Musketeer chess on an infinite plane, etc... And if we only play in the club than nobody new will be able to enjoy these variants.

I still hope for an answer from the chess.com staff.

The moderators have discussed this issue recently, and Chess.com management is okay with games of individual variants being played out in that forum category. The moderators are therefore not going to force people into clubs to play them out.

Martin0, that they allow us to play there doesn't mean that they can't get convinced that a new forum could be a better idea.

I agree @evert823. I also want a new forum.
