In Daily Chess, the "Conditional Moves" feature sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. When it works, an asterisk will appear on the icon showing that some moves have been programmed. But other times, I set the conditional moves, exit out of the "Conditional Moves" screen, and no asterisk. Sure enough, when my opponent makes the expected move, my conditional move is not executed; instead, I'm notified that it's my turn to move. I've also reported this problem through the "Report a Bug" function; but I haven't received any confirmation that the issue has been acknowledged or is being addressed. Thank you!

So the ask to keep records of all players signed up for a specific match. Both daily and live. Currently, once the match start, all players with no opponent are removed as well as any record of them been signed up. This makes the job of an admin very difficult and tedious on various fronts: 1) Awarding prizes based on participation. The few times we tried to reward participation we had to take screenshots, which is inconvenient and does not provide perfect information either. 2) Proving minimum participation thresholds were met. When one team is below threshold the other must prove to be above the line. Currently there is no choice but screenshots. 3) Tracking for récords, keeping stats, measuring the teams true strength, etc. Thank you
Whenever I click this button to send a new message to someone, The message sends twice. Does this ever happen to anyone else?

This is less of a bug and more of improper registering, but occasionally, after I view a new message and exit the page, the alert for a new message reappears in a few minutes, but it's just notifying me of the message I've already viewed. I'm not sure if others are having this issue, but I find it very annoying and distracting when the UI repeatedly tells me I have a new message or alert when I'm in the middle of a game. The issue also occurs, on occasion, when I dismiss an alert, as well.

Can it be true that the explorer database has no more recent games than 1945 for 1. e4 e5 ?
I only today noticed the Gift membership icon when the mouse hovers over topics comments. Under what conditions is it displayed? It seems that it doesn't display for some users.

If the internet disconnects while you are playing a Live game, Chess.com will automatically resign your game after a brief amount of time. This is mostly to protect people from having to wait out the entire game clock if an opponent deserts the game in a lost position. But this rule also adversely affects people with faulty internet connections who are trying to play. I don't mind if the server aborts a game due to a failed connection, but I would like to propose that If a player disconnects during a live game and does not disconnect in the required period of time and the server ends the game, then if the player who disconnects was in a winning or drawn position, then there should be no rating change for either player for this game. Rating is supposed to be an accurate measure of the approximate skill of the player. Why should this be affected by disconnects, which are in neither player's control?

Currently member list navigation has issues: 1.The page navigation is only at the bottom, making it a pain to page as one has to scroll to the bottom first. 2. There is not Last bottom, so you can go to the end of the list. Fix: Add navigation buttons at the top. Add a Last button and a First button, maybe conditional, not displayed at the boundary pages. So the first screen won't have a First button and the last screen won't have a Last button.
On the app for chess.com for Android the Captured pieces have reverted back to the incorrect display. Black pieces show up under the black player instead of white and vice versa. It is the same on the Fire Tablet and a Samsung phone. I submitted a bug report from the devices however I am not positive it took a screen grab or not. Which is why I am posting I didn't know if the bug report could be checked to see if it included a screenshot so I know If I should post one here.

It has been suggested to be able to mark games, it would also be neat to mark or group friends. Since there are often friend requests after a good game, the list might be quite full, so it would be nice to be able to distinguish between people you've had a good game with or have just sent a friend request and those you actually know or play a lot against. Maybe a some kind of option to assign favourites only visible to you that would arrange those favourited as the first in order or something of that sort

I keep playing it in the browser, and going back to the ap, back and forwards as neither one is very working. The Ap one ... with that I can't find out how to even play live chess, but as the board doesn't take up the width of the screen like I would like it to, it would still help me lose anyway. My phone is a Meizu note3 with 3 GB ram and 30 GB phone memory so in some ways quite high spec. Most android aps run fine on it so far.

This looks weird. It shows that I got it right and gained rating points, yet appears like I lost some since it's lower than when I started. I haven't paid too much attention what exactly did happen and have done some more before I noticed.
This was reported before but for the life of me I can't find the post. Doing a search for "archive" didn't generate a correct search result, but that is another issue. So I will report it again. Sorry for the duplication if the note exists. When viewing the archive list the board presentation is currently presenting with row 1 at the top. The correct presentation should be from the archive owner's perspective as that matches their recollection of the game.
According to the below link the tournament schedule for 1|0 Bullet Swiss is as follows: Tourney 1|0 Bullet- Every 4 hours, @ :55 (starting @ 1:55am) 6 games a day 1:55 AM 5:55 AM 9:55 AM 1:55 PM 5:55 PM 9:55 PM https://support.chess.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1444927-how-do-live-tournaments-work-where-can-i-join-one-?b_id=12321 I have eagerly tried to join a 1|0 Bullet Swiss tournament for the past few days and I have not seen it at the allocated time. Not sure if this is a bug or perhaps the original scheduled time has changed? For example, I took a screenshot this evening @ 9:50 PM EST and I was anticipating there would be a game at 9:55 PM. There was nothing there. For future reference, it would be helpful for staff to edit the article I posted above, to let people know what time zone these games are based on. I'm assuming Eastern Standard Time (EST) because the site was founded in the United States of America. But I could be incorrect? *** UPDATE *** (as of May 12 @ 12:26 AM EST) I did see the 1|0 Bullet Swiss tournament game posted to begin @ 1:05 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on Sunday May 12 (50 minutes earlier than the schedule says it's suppose to start). The schedule says it's suppose to begin @ 1:55 AM. So either the schedule posted on the chess.com forum regarding the tournament schedule is out of date or the system is setting up the wrong time for the tournament to begin? Or the chess.com site is running off of a time zone other than EST?
Hello! The browser restarted when I was in Puzzle Rush, and the workout stopped! And I can not repeat, because there is no premium account. But I'm not to blame for the fact that the browser has restarted. How to be? Today without a Puzzle Rush left, it turns out... Sincerely, Dmitry (HappyMan_UA).

Like the title says, maybe draw offers could be added in the notation, like FIDE uses (=) after the move I believe.
It would be really cool if one can choose rating ranges for a Puzzle Rush session. For example, I struggle to solve quickly tactics starting from 1400. On 1600, I start loosing a lot of time. I would like to be able to specify rating range for the puzzles so that I can solve as much as possible puzzles in this rating range. Currently, I need to solve really well in order to reach these puzzles where I struggle to find quick solutions. Would be nice to be able to train them. Best Regards, Yavor Stoimenov
In the mobile app, you can go to someone's profile. To replicate this bug, first play a game with this user. Then click on the "games" tab of the player's profile in mobile. Scroll down and find your game in "Completed games", then tap on that game, and you should be greeted with a good ol' graphics bug. On this forum and only this one (that I have seen), there is a footer glitch. I am on Chromium and Ubuntu 18.04. It starts out with the sidebar on the far side then quickly moves to the position shown above.
