So I'll set up 30 invites and send them, and every time so far, it comes back with 26 sent and 4 not (various reasons). Now the odds of this being true seem implausible so it makes me question whether the group invite system is working properly? Has anyone else had this? I'll keep y'all updated.
A few facts: 1. Death is the number one killer in the world2. Life is sexually transmitted.3. Good health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die4. Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day. Teach a person to use the internet and they won't bother you for days or weeks or even months!5. Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday. Lying in the hospital dying of nothing.6. All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism. 7. In the 60's people took acid to make the world weird. Now people take prozac to make it normal. 8. Life is like a jalapeño pepper What you do today might burn you tomorrow. 9. Don't worry about old age. It doesn't last that long.

I don't know how to make someone in my club into a super-admin

Hello everyone, I would like to know your opinion about this issue: A former admin of our national Team Spain has created a team named Team Spain B with the clear intention of use our name to deceive the Spanish players. Do you think that this is a dishonest representation and Chesscom should not allow this actions or do you think that everyone may name their clubs as they please, like Team USA B, Team Russia B or Anything B?

I think I spend about eight hours total each week recruiting, setting up matches, etc. How about the rest of you ?

A couple of irritating issues with club invites. 1. The 24 hour clock for the 30 invites restarts after every invite. A better method would be a reset at a specific time each day. This would mean that the invites could be undertaken at any point in the day instead of 24 hours after the last one. 2. There is no record available to admins of the invites sent so they may be reviewed.

That's it! That's my question. How can we make Vote Chess more interesting to attract more players and participation?

So I’ve found out today that chess.com have put a limit of 5 challenges per team. When did this happen?

I get these invites to clubs from people I don't even know. Do they have an option to send the invite to every member, or is there some other way? Please leave how it works

I know that this is very similar to a recent post made by @wormrose, but this relates specifically to daily matches. When a club that I run (Scary Ninjas:https://www.chess.com/club/scary-ninjas) first started out, we would be getting 30-40 players per match. Nowadays, we’re are usually getting 25, max. Note that this is with more players. This is disappointing, because before we would be getting so much players joining that we had to lock early so that the other team would have a chance, and yet after that, we would still be using half of the players that signed up, since the other team had so little. Now the sides have flipped, and for the worst, and we don’t know what to do. What strategies could we implement to get more participation? I’m sure that many other clubs have to same problem, and would be interested in this too. Thanks in advance, and Happy Holidays!
What is the purpose for locking registration in a match set up with the following relevant parameters: 1) Minimum players set, but no maximum 2) Start date and time set 3) NO autostart What's the strategy being used here? Why lock the roster when the bigger the match gets, the more points there are to be won? Thanks!
How does the draw offering system in a vote chess match work? I know that how to offer it (the little 1/2-1/2 button), but does that take the place of your vote, or can you vote as well as offer a draw? Also, how does the other team accept the draw once it is offered?
So, lately, I've been getting a lot of friend requests from people I don't even know (from Russia, USA, etc.) I ask these people why they would like to friend me, but they never respond. I usually just leave the requests alone until they respond. But it's been a month, and the 'friends' still haven't responded. What should I do? Accept, decline, or just leave them?

Greetings! I am a superadmin of Open Discussion ("OD") and of MindWalk's Truly Open Discussion ("MTOD"). I am having a problem that I don't know how to resolve. A user sent me a message asking to be invited (actually, he should be able to waltz right in without being invited, but it doesn't seem to be working for him to do that). I scrutinized--and I do mean scrutinized--the member list, saw that he wasn't on it, and went ahead and sent him an invitation. Or, alas, tried to. When I hit the "Send" button (or whatever it's called), a banner appeared at the top of my screen telling me that he was already a member. And the invitation wouldn't send. I do not know what is going wrong. Has anyone else encountered this sort of problem? Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

In Dayly chess tournaments, it is possible to create special trophies. Does anyone know why you can't do this in online chess tournaments? Maybe already asked a similar question to the administration chess.com?

What are the best stats to determine if you are improving your chess game? Would everyone agree that the line graph set at 1 year for whatever you play the most is the best indicator?
