So. how you play this is that there are a few squares, subsequently chosen at random, and whenever any piece, including the king. goes into the portal square, immediately comes out at the other end of the portal. After going through the portal square, black or white's turn is over so..... What do u think?
Squares which are in the fog have been replaced with a static image of actual fog. Is there any way to turn this off? Before this change, squares in the fog simply appeared darker/shaded, so we could still tell which were dark squares and light squares. The issue is that this image of actual fog does not show the dark and light squares.

This variant is similar to normal chess, but the rules for castling are modified. The name "Omnicastle" is just a suggestion as well. The King can pick any piece to castle with, including enemy pieces, provided that: It's in a straight vertical, horizontal, or diagonal line from the King without other pieces in between. It's at least 3 squares away in the relevant direction (i.e. there must be at least 2 empty squares between the King and the chosen piece) The King will then move 2 steps in the direction of that piece, and the piece is placed on the square just behind the King (the square the King would have ended up on if he'd only taken one step). It doesn't matter whether the King or the chosen piece have moved. The only restrictions on the King's ability to castle are that the King can't start in check, can't end in check, and that the King may not pass through a square that is attacked by an enemy piece. Of course this does necessitate a slight change to notation, as 0-0 and 0-0-0 are either ambiguous or redundant in this variant. One option is to simply record the King moving 2 steps (so 0-0 would become Kg1), while another is to invent a new notation, such as for example K0 indicating the King choosing to castle, and the square after it being the location of the targeted piece (so 0-0 would become K0h1). Thoughts?

New variant for 4 player chess (should be workable in all modes (solo/ffa/teams)). In a regular board position for teams there is a forced mate on 1.75 (all get 2 moves except green (who is king captured)). So to resolve this add some frontal pawns to the board and you have a successful atomic chess game. Board would look like this, rule variants EnPassant, and Atomic. FEN 4: R-0,0,0,0-1,1,1,1-1,1,1,1-0,0,0,0-0-3,yR,yN,yB,yK,yQ,yB,yN,yR,3/3,yP,yP,yP,yP,yP,yP,yP,yP,3/4,yP,yP,yP,yP,yP,yP,4/bR,bP,10,gP,gR/bN,bP,bP,8,gP,gP,gN/bB,bP,bP,8,gP,gP,gB/bK,bP,bP,8,gP,gP,gQ/bQ,bP,bP,8,gP,gP,gK/bB,bP,bP,8,gP,gP,gB/bN,bP,bP,8,gP,gP,gN/bR,bP,10,gP,gR/4,rP,rP,rP,rP,rP,rP,4/3,rP,rP,rP,rP,rP,rP,rP,rP,3/3,rR,rN,rB,rQ,rK,rB,rN,rR,3If this could be added, it would be a cool way to introduce/incorporate atomic chess into 4 player chess.*Another possibility (will check this to make sure it is not a forced win), is to use the "Omatamix Setup" to play atomic (will update this post when I have checked for forced win).*Note I already have atomic 4 player chess logic, and wouldn't mind contributing to making this a reality.
I was playing king of the hill and in a match https://www.chess.com/variants/king-of-the-hill/game/15847022/8/3 What i saw was my opponent not moving bf4 and just waiting. (In the game) But in fact he had moved before and for some reason I saw that he was not moving and he was for some reason thinking or waiting but instead he had already moved but it didn't show up on the screen and I was waiting. Plus i couldnt see the chat.
